Our approach

A clear process. Not a shortcut.

Private transactions require context, relevant evidence and a shared understanding of responsibilities.

01

Introduction & scope

Qualify the parties, commercial objectives and jurisdictions.

02

Compliance & forensics

Review counterparties, documentation, wallets and transaction flows as appropriate.

03

Structure & documentation

Align terms, transaction documents, escrow and professional involvement.

04

Execution & settlement

Execute agreed tranches and settle under the documented procedures.

Information & discretion

Start with context.
Share detail with purpose.

Begin with a high-level description of the opportunity. Supporting documents can be requested after the parties, purpose and appropriate sharing arrangements are understood.

Confidentiality documentation belongs at the right stage of an engagement, before sensitive information is exchanged. It is not a substitute for counterparty review, authority or definitive commercial terms.

Engagement documents

Common questions

What should an initial inquiry include?

Your business contact information, the asset or portfolio involved, your role, and a short summary of the proposed transaction. Do not include identity documents, bank credentials or wallet keys.

Do I need to sign an agreement before contacting you?

No. Start with a non-confidential introduction. Relevant confidentiality or non-circumvention documentation can be considered when the scope and parties are understood.

Does a review mean a transaction has been accepted?

No. A discussion or document review is not a commitment to invest, purchase or complete a transaction. Any commitment must be established in definitive agreements.

How are timing and information requirements determined?

They depend on the asset, counterparties, documentation and applicable requirements. Material questions need to be resolved before execution.

Private. Confidential. Direct.
